She is Karui, and actually canoon character, from the anime and Manga, she is a kunoichi of Kumogakure, and a member of Team Samui. Karui can be considered a very skilled kunoichi as she was trained by Killer B and was sent to gather information about his abductor. Karui is placed in the Second Division in the Allied Shinobi Forces. She tells Hinata Hyūga that the Fourth Shinobi World War will be easy. Later, as the White Zetsu Army was unearthed, she attacked them using the Cloud-Style Front Beheading.

fan usually pair her with Kiba, coz of there personallyties .

agian, im doing this coz i was asked to resubmit and withdrew this character to an OC forder which she is not, and i kinda thing the way was asked was rude, please if you not sure about a character , or if you simply havent seen her on the anime or manga, google it, or just simply read the artist description, when is an OC , we normally say it.
